Probable Schedule

As the weeknight class will continue to float until the end of August due to softball games, I thought it would be good to post the probable class times for the upcoming weeks.

Week of July 19
Monday July 20 - 7:00 PM
Wednesday July 22 - 7:00 PM

Week of July 26
Wednesday July 29 - 7:00 PM

There will be class on Saturdays and Sundays at 8:00 AM as usual, along with Beginner's Class at 9:00 AM on Saturdays.

Skill: Ring Hold

Strength:
Front Squat 5x5
Shoulder Press 5x5

Workout:
3o seconds work, 30 seconds rest, 2 rounds for total reps of:
1. Squats
2. Push-Ups
3. Wall Ball
4. Superman Hold (every second counts as a rep)
5. DB Swing
6. Plank Hold
7. DB Overhead Lunge
8. V-Up
9. Barbell Push Press
10. Burpees
